90 days to clear the CBD


This is what Neema Told the city council about the trash in the CBD. A 90 day ultimatum or they will take up the duties from the NCC to provide the service to Kenyans. There must be a new head at Neema coz, NCC don't take well to ultimatums. But in a quick rejoinder the Ncc said "             !"
