New Orleans Hurricane Target

We were okay with the hurricanes being named. then they gave them sex, now there was, Katrina, Paul, Janet etc. But now we are at a loss again, how in the hell do they tell the race and nationality of the hurricane. A new one hitting New orleans is called Gustav, a mexican hurricane.

Guess one that hits the coast of Nigeria would be called. 400 million ksh to the one who gets it!
